- Adam Ayan wins 2 Latin Grammy Awards! (11/14/2007)
- Adam Ayan won 2 Latin Grammy Awards at the 8th Annual Latin Grammys in Las Vegas on Thursday, November 8th, 2007. Adam won in the categories of "Best Engineered Album", and "Album Del Ano (Album of the Year)" for his mastering work on the Juan Luis Guerra album "La Llave De Mi Corazon". Engineers Ronnie Torres, Allan Leschhorn and Luis Mansilla were also awarded Latin Grammys for their engineering and mixing work on the album.
Adam's win in the "Best Engineered Album" category marks the very first time a mastering engineer has been awarded a Grammy in that category!
Juan Luis Guerra was also nominated for and won a total of 5 Latin Grammys for the album and it's first single, the title track "La Llave De Mi Corazon". Congratulations Juan Luis!
- Gateway Mastering enjoys 3 consecutive weeks of #1 albums! (11/14/2007)
- Reba McEntire's latest release "Reba Duets" debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart for the Billboard issue week of October 6th, 2007. The following week Rascal Flatt's latest release "Still Feels Good" debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart as well, with over 500,000 albums sold. Bruce Springsteen's latest release "Magic" debuted at #1 in the October 20th Billboard issue. The Reba McEntire release and the Rascal Flatts release were mastered by Adam Ayan this past summer, and Bruce Springsteen's "Magic" was mastered by Bob Ludwig.
- 2007 TEC Award nominations - Adam has 3 of 'em! (08/15/2007)
- Adam has three nominations in the 2007 TEC Awards! For "Creative Achievement" Adam is nominated twice in the "Surround Sound Production" category (Barenaked Ladies "Are Me" and Dream Theater "XOX"), and one nomination in the "Record Production/Single or Track" category (Rascal Flatts - "What Hurts The Most"). - The 49th Annual Grammy Awards! (02/26/2007)
- It was a great year at the Grammys for Adam's clients! Adam mastered 9 projects that had a total of 10 nominations at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards. 3 nominees took home the golden grammophone.
Irma Thomas won in the category of "Best Contemporary Blues Album" for her most recent record "After The Rain".
Vince Gill won in the category of "Best Male Country Vocal Performance" for his single "The Reason Why", off his most recent album "These Days".
Carrie Underwood also won for "Best New Artist". Adam mastered half of the cuts from Carrie's debut album "Some Hearts".

- "Live In Vegas" was certified Gold on Febuary 13, 2003 by the RIAA. A gold certification for "Longforn Video" (DVD) commemorates sales of 50,000 units or more. Adam mastered both the stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound audio for "Live In Vegas".
- Bob Marley's Legend DVD certified Platinum! (01/8/2004)
- The "Legend" DVD was certified Platinum by the RIAA on October 29, 2003. A Platinum certification for "Longform Video" (DVD) commemorates sales of 100,000 units or more. Adam mastered the audio for the documentary "Time Will Tell" (stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound) which is part of the "Legend" DVD. Adam also spent time with the Marley family recently (Spring '03) restoring original unreleased Bob Marley tapes in Kingston, Jamaica.
- Rush's concert DVD "Rush In Rio" certified Multi-Platinum! (01/8/2004)
- The "Rush in Rio " DVD has been certified Multi-Platinum (3x!) by the RIAA. A Platinum certification for "Longform Video" (DVD) commemorates sales of 100,000 units or more. Over 300,000 units of "Rush In Rio" have been sold to date. Adam mastered the stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound audio for "Rush In Rio", both the DVD and CD release.

- In the January 17th issue of Billboard magazine, Obie Bermudez has 2 singles in the top five of the "Hot Latin Tracks" chart! "Antes" holds the #2 position, while "Me Canse De Ti" holds the #4 position. Both singles have held positions in the top ten of the "Hot Latin Tracks" for several weeks now. "Antes" & "Me Canse De Ti" appear on Obie's latest release "Confesiones".

- The "Live In Texas" CD/DVD set was certified Gold by the RIAA on December 17, 2003. The Gold certification commemorates over 500,000 units sold. Adam mastered the stereo and 5.1 Surround Sound audio for the DVD version of "Live In Texas".

- "Greatest Hits" was certified Gold by the RIAA. The Gold certification commemorates sale of 500,000 or more units. Adam mastered LeAnn's latest single "This Love", which appears on the "Greatest Hits" CD.
- Linkin Park's "Live In Texas" DVD released Nov. 18th. (12/1/2003)
- The "Live In Texas" DVD was mastered in stereo and 5.1 surround sound by Adam. "Live In Texas" also marked the first time at Gateway that an entire DVD mastering session was done using Gateway's FTP server. All source files were uploaded to the server for mastering, and all of Adam's mastered files were downloaded from the server by the DVD authoring facility. No Fedex required!
